.BLUEBERRY PIE
 
3 C. blueberries
2 Tablespoons  Flour
1/2 C. granulated sugar
1 Tablespoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon lemon juice
 
toss together and pour into an uncooked pie shell
Top with another pie shell 
put some small slits on top for air ventilation
 
Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes
reduce oven temperature to 375 degrees and bake 15 to 20 minutes more or until crust is golden brown
 
Let set for 30 minutes and serve.
